Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, then ship them out.

How long does delivery take?
USA: 3–7 business days. UK, Canada, Australia and Europe: 7–18 business days. Rest of the world: 14–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships insured with tracking, and we'll email you the tracking number once it's dispatched.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?
For US orders, we recommend ordering by early December. For international orders, order by mid-November to allow for holiday delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email info@brellget.com with your order number. Returns must be approved before sending, and we'll give you the return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll take care of it.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 10 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in USD. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with encrypted, secure payment processing.

What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
