Order processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days before dispatching. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking your order
Every order ships insured and with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended time, reach out and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
